At Tara Export, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently, safely, and transparently. Below is the comprehensive breakdown of our shipping practices, processing schedules, and delivery guidelines.

1. Delivery Area & Currency

  • Shipping Zone: We ship exclusively to physical addresses within the United States (USA). We do not support international shipping at this time.

  • Currency: All product prices, shipping details, and order transactions are processed and displayed strictly in US Dollars ($).

2. Shipping Rates & Cost

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer 100% Free Shipping on all orders across the United States. There are no minimum order thresholds, hidden handling fees, or surprises at checkout.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Schedules

Our facility operates from Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays).

  • Customer Service & Operational Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Central Time)

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (Central Time - CT)

    (Orders placed after 5:00 PM CT will begin processing on the following business day.)

  • Handling / Processing Time: 1 to 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

  • Transit / Shipping Time: 3 to 5 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 7 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

Note: Deliveries and shipments do not occur on weekends or recognized national public holidays.

4. Shipping Carriers

To ensure your package arrives in optimal condition, we partner with industry-leading domestic courier networks:

  • Other trusted regional shipping carriers when necessary.

5. Order Tracking Updates

  • Automatic Email Alert: Once your package has been handed over to the courier, an automated Shipping Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number will be sent to you.

  • Real-Time Monitoring: You can track the live status of your order on the official carrier tracking page.

  • Tracking Sync: Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the courier system to update and reflect initial scan records.

6. Address Restrictions (P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses)

  • Physical Street Addresses Only: Due to size limits and carrier routing restrictions, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO (Military) addresses.

  • Please provide a valid physical residential or commercial street address during checkout to avoid order holds or automatic cancellations.

7. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Before Shipment: If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please email us at support@TaraExport.us within 12 hours of order placement.

  • After Shipment: Once an order is processed or dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address or cancel the shipment. In this scenario, you must wait to receive the package and initiate a return according to our Return Policy.

8. Sales Tax

  • Pricing Transparency: All applicable state and local sales taxes are already included in the displayed product prices. The final price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay at checkout—no additional tax fees will be added.
